Scarleteen Presentation for Parents of Adolescents!

/

Come join us for an evening of insight on what teenagers are talking about courtesy of the well-esteemed website, Scarleteen.com! The event is Monday, November 2 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and will be held at Room 2 Be In Furniture (Also known as Black Red White) at 6798 Watts Rd.
Madison, WI 53719.

Parents and Guardians! Scarleteen is Here for You with Scarleteen Confidential!

Scarleteen.com is a website that has been providing accurate, inclusive, and accessible information to teens and twenty-somethings since 1998. Because of doing that, we basically have an ear, as close as it really gets, to hear teens candidly talk about everything pertaining to sex, sexuality and relationships.

So, we’re offering you, parents, guardians, and other supportive adults, the information we gather from all of this interaction and observation, and what we know or suspect this tells us about things some of you could improve, others of you should keep on doing; ways some of you are truly screwing this up, big-time, and ways some of you are hitting it out of the park. We will also share with you ways to communicate with youth so that this is easier on all of you.

Scarleteen is bringing this to you courtesy of Madison Sex-Positve Parenting group. Find our events on Meetup.com here http://www.meetup.com/Sex-Geekdom-Madison/.

**Please RSVP so we make sure there is room for everyone. The even is limited to the first 30 people. If you are a user of meetup.com, feel free to join our group and RSVP there. Otherwise, please RSVP by email at jay@awentherapy.com or by phone at 608 444 7105. **

Special thanks to Zuzana Repka, owner of Room 2 Be In for hosting our event. Be sure to check out her store while you are there. You’ll see some pretty cool stuff!
