Tip of the Week – Vitamin D and Dementia

New research suggest that even a moderate deficiency of Vitamin D in older adults may significantly increase the risk of Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Check with your doctor to see if you are getting enough Vitamin D. Sources of vitamin D include sunlight, supplements, and certain foods.
