Tip of the Week: Want to Get Smarter? Have Sex.
Two recent studies found that mice and rats who were allowed to have sex had improved cognitive function and increased neuron production in the area of the brain responsible for long term memory. The research suggests that having sex is helpful in directly countering the negative impacts of chronic stress. Those are good reasons to add a healthy sex life into your workout regimen!
